Our website and Terms and Conditions may change from time to time, with or without notice to you, at our discretion. The Terms and Conditions that apply to you will be the version that is currently displayed on the website as at each date you access the website.

 

Accounts

We may refuse any application to use Premurosa for any reason whatsoever.

Please note that by supplying us with your email address you grant us permission to contact you via email regarding your account and any special offers or promotions that we may offer you from time to time.

You must update your personal and delivery details. Premurosa will not be liable for any boxes posted to the wrong location due to a change in details.

 

Website Use

You agree not to send or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any programs designed to harm or disrupt any computer software or hardware linked with this website. You also agree not to interfere with the servers or networks connected to this website or our services. You agree not to impersonate any other person while using this website. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password.

No content of the Premurosa website, gift box and cards may be copied or reproduced in any way or used for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written permission.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service for any reason whatsoever without prior notice.

If the Premurosa website is not available at any time for whatever reason we will not be liable to you.

We have your permission to use your User Material for any printing and/or personalising of gifts. All User Material must be approved by someone in your organisation before we process an order. We are not responsible for the content of User Material.

We reserve the right, to remove any User Material and to suspend or terminate your access to our website with or without giving you any prior notice.

We do not claim any ownership rights in User Material. However, by submitting User Material you hereby grant to Premurosa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and reproduce that said material.

Links to other websites may appear on our website. These links are there to provide you with further information that you may be interested in. We have no responsibility for the content of the linked websites.

Written consent must be obtained prior to linking Premurosa to any other website or document.

 

Availability of Website

We will endeavour to offer you the best service possible, we cannot guarantee that our website services will meet with your requirements and be fault free. If you encounter any problems within the service please let us know and we will deal with it as soon as we are able.

We will occasionally need to carry out repairs, maintenance and updates within our site and restriction may occur for a period which we will limit to our best ability.

 

Purchase of Gift Boxes

We aim to describe each product as accurately as we can and will not be held responsible for any reactions you or your recipient may have to an item. We endeavour to make sure each gift box on our site is shown accurately and that prices are correct. Occasionally there may be a slight variation with the gift, packaging or layout and we may substitute a gift with something we consider a suitable alternative.

Our products change from time to time and on occasion we may replace a product with something similar. By submitting an order you are entering into a contract to buy our products, you cannot then cancel your order except as specified in these Terms and Conditions. You are given the opportunity to check through your order prior to completing.

Not including bespoke orders, we can only accept orders for gifts that are in stock, if we are unable to complete an order we have accepted, your payment will be credited with the original price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts.

Minimum numbers apply for bespoke gifts and payment will be due when placing your order. We usually allow 20 working days to complete a bespoke order, however, we will work with you to meet a deadline where possible.

 

Subscription Gifts

All subscription gifts will be dispatched between 12th and 15th of the month following an order/payment. At the end of your subscription period, we will contact you and give you the option to continue with your subscription. Should you wish to cancel in the meantime, you may do so by emailing cs@premurosa.com before 4pm on the last day of the month to ensure that your payment can be refunded.

 

Our Products

Our products may contain a nut trace and are not suitable to any person with a nut allergy.

 

Offers

Introductory offers may be available from time to time. You can only claim an introductory offer once, on one gift box.

Discounts and special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

You must have internet access and valid payment details to redeem a discounted or introductory offer.

 

Payments

Payment will be charged to your chosen card on ordering.

If, for any reason, your account falls into arrears, Premurosa reserves the right to pass on your details to a collection agency for retrieval of the outstanding debt and a handling fee will be charged.

You agree any banking charges incurred due to payments on your account are not our responsibility.

Payment for bespoke gifts must be made when placing an order and are non-refundable.

Payment for multiple orders can be made through Bank Transfer.

Delivery and Return of Boxes

At this point in time we only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. If you would like to send a gift to another destination please contact us on cs@premurosa.com or call us on 0191 4066 448 and we'll do our best to meet your requirement.

We use Royal Mail to deliver our gift boxes.

We may use alternative delivery methods without prior notification on occasion.

You will not hold us responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relate to the delivery of boxes.

Premurosa accepts no responsibility for gift boxes that are not delivered through a letterbox for any reason.

Should a gift box not arrive, it is your responsibility to inform us online within 7 days.

Should the requested postal address be too unreliable to receive a satisfactory service you will not hold us responsible.

If you are dissatisfied with any gift you have bought from us, please contact cs@premurosa.com (see delivery and returns policy for full details).

 

Cancellation

Cancellation of an order (not including subscription gifts) needs to be made before 1pm on the day of dispatch. A full refund will be given.

 

Privacy

For us to process your order, we need personal information from you. The information we collect from you will be treated with respect. We are committed to protecting our customer's privacy.

We use your information only for the following purposes:
Processing your orders; For statistical purposes to improve this Website and its services to you; To serve website content and advertisements to you; To administer this website; To notify you of new products or special offers that may be of interest to you.

You agree that you do not object to us contacting you occasionally for any of the above purposes whether by telephone, e-mail or in writing.

We collect information about our customers via server logs, cookies, order forms and competitions. A cookie is a file that your web browser places on your computer's hard disk for record keeping purposes.

The information collected in this way can be used to identify you. The cookie does not store any credit/debit card information or password details.

We will not release your Personal Information to a third party unless requested by the police or any other regulatory authority investigating suspected illegal activities.

All debit and credit card transaction are processed by Streamline. Streamline is part of the WorldPay group of companies; one of the top five global players in card processing.

It is your responsibility to protect your password/log in details.

 

Delivery and Returns

All Premurosa gift boxes are sent by first class post with Royal Mail. The charge will be displayed on the checkout page of your shopping basket. We aim to deliver all orders within 1-2 working days unless you request otherwise. Our gift boxes will fit through most standard size letterboxes. We class a standard size letterbox as 265mm x 50mm.

Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday with Next Day guaranteed options available for mid-week and Saturdays (with the exception of Bank Holidays and non-working days). Prices will be displayed on the checkout page of your shopping basket. If you use this service please bear in mind that the gift will need to be signed for when it arrives. Should you want to guarantee your gift arrives next day your order needs to be completed before 1pm.

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched Monday.

Multi deliveries to one address can be arranged and will be charged accordingly.

Should a Premurosa gift be delivered late or not arrive at all, please email us at cs@premurosa.com. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery by Royal Mail, however, we will do our best to keep you informed of any situations likely to cause delays if we know about them. The Royal Mail is generally reliable and will usually deliver First Class items the next working day! It's always wise to allow a little extra time for post during busy times of the year i.e. Christmas.

Currently, orders placed on www.premurosa.com can only be delivered to addresses within the UK, however, if there is a gift you would like to send elsewhere please email us your request at cs@premurosa.com and we will do our best to help you.

We hope that your recipient is delighted with your order. However, if for any reason they are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery. To do so, please email us within 7 working days of receipt of the item. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the item and the packaging of the item has not been damaged.

If you are returning a gift because of a defect we will refund you both the price you paid for your gift, the recorded delivery costs and the return postage from the original delivery area to our warehouse. Please enclose a valid till receipt showing return postage costs.

If you return items for any reason other than defects in the goods you will be required to pay for the return of the item to us. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and, for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used and we can only process returns and refunds when dealing with the original purchaser of the gift. If, unfortunately, you are the recipient and are not happy with your gift, please tell the purchaser so they can contact us to request a refund.

We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods and refund within thirty (30) days.

 

This returns & refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
