I've forgotten my username/password what do I do?

Insert your email address on the log in page and press 'I've forgotten my password' and we'll remind you.

 

How can I pay?

We accept most major debit and credit cards. We do not accept American Express. For multiple and bespoke orders a bank transfer can be arranged.

 

How eco-friendly is Premurosa?

Our gift boxes are approximately 90% recycled and therefore recyclable. The inks used on our gifts boxes are vegetable dye based and finished with water based gloss. We try, wherever practical, to use packaging that is biodegradable or re-usable. Many of our gifts are handmade using natural products.

 

Will my gift box arrive on time?

We will dispatch your gift within 24 hours of receiving your order or 48 hours prior to your preferred date. This should allow plenty of time for delivery.

 

Can you guarantee next day delivery?

We use the Royal Mail Service for all of our gifts. As we all know the Royal Mail First Class service cannot 100% guarantee delivery the next day but they are pretty reliable! In fact, 97% of their First Class items are delivered the next working day.

 

If you wish to guarantee a delivery for next day you should choose the Midweek or Saturday Special Delivery options on checking out (excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays).

 

Please allow longer for some addresses i.e. Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands (including Channel Islands). You may need to allow up to three days for delivery.

 

Do you offer a Corporate gift service?

How will the recipient know who sent their gift?

When you order your gift it will be dispatched direct to the recipient, you would usually choose a card and tell us what message you'd like us to enter. For times when you do not want to disclose who the sender is (such as Valentines) we will not pass on your details should the recipient enquire as we respect your privacy.

 

Will the recipient see the price of their gift?

No, they only receive the gift and card.

 

How will my gift be packed?

All of our gifts are wrapped in crisp tissue paper, packed into one of our bespoke gift boxes and placed in an eye-catching metallic envelope for that 'wow' factor.
