Random Acts of Kindness

Surprise someone in a little way - offer to do a household chore, make Mum a cuppa or clean the car for Dad (if he’ll let you near his pride and joy) without being asked of course!

Make someone dinner. Turn the TV off and have a leisurely meal with good conversation. You’ll wonder why you don’t do it more often.

Call someone who’s done you a good turn, just to say 'thank you' and let them know how much you appreciated the favour.

Bake some biscuits for your work colleagues… only if you’re good at baking, if not, it may be an idea to buy some nice cookies on the way to work. Your colleagues will be pleased either way.

Thank You CardsSend a gift and card, just because… and unexpectedly surprise someone you care for, we love to do this at Premurosa Letterbox Gifts.  You’ll make their day and it’ll also make you feel good too!

Give a little time to an elderly neighbour or relative. We’re all so busy these days that we hardly have time to stop and think, let alone think about our elders (who may have all the time in world, too much in fact).

Pay a compliment to three people today. You could tell the girl in the bank that she has nice nails or the guy in the supermarket that he looks smart in his uniform… it’ll make them feel good and costs you nothing.

Donate your old clothes. How many clothes are in your wardrobe that you have not worn for a year or two years? Send them to a worthy charity, as well as doing some good, it’ll give you more room to buy a few more outfits!

Call your Mother or Father, just to say 'Hi'.

Garden FlowerLeave a nice message for your partner, or pick them a fresh flower from the garden. We so often tell our partners what they do wrong all the time that we forget to be nice sometimes.

Smile, especially if you’re on the tube or metro - we don’t all have to look miserable! See who smiles back.

Run or walk and raise money for the charity of your choice. It’ll be good for your health too.

Try some of these out and see what happens, most cost nothing and you will probably get a lovely response, but if you never try you'll never know!
